The place deserved 4 stars. The rooms with a good bathroom, a window view, for instance. Breakfast with good coffee and local options, for example. Location: the hotel was not far from easy to get to many sights, the markets, Vietnam.

Clean, delicious food and very efficient staff. The beds were very comfy and the deluxe king room itself was exceptionally nice and extremely spacious. Very central location, relatively near an old imperial citadel. We used the shuttle service too.

The staff was absolutely fantastic and the food was so good. I was given exceptionally clean and decent sized room, just how I expected it to be. Liked that it was 15 minutes' walk from the train station. Marvellous service throughout too. The stay at this fine hotel was a VERY ENJOYABLE one.
There was pool to be needed.
